Job summary

Agility PR Solutions is seeking a Talent & Culture Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across Canada, the US, and the UK. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, drive candidate sourcing, and guide applicants through onboarding with a values-driven experience.

You'll leverage AI-enabled tools and data to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate communication, while contributing to broader HR initiatives and the company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, HR or related field required.
• CHRP/CHRL designation (completed or in progress) is a plus.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume/tech.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, referrals and proactive outreach.
• Structured, behavioral interview techniques and fair processes.
• Knowledge of ESA/OHRC/AODA/PIPEDA compliance is preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS systems such as Rippling and data reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
• Comfort with AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Interest in contributing to HR and culture initiatives beyond recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across Canada, the US, and the UK.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and interview plans.
• Maintain candidate relationships, ensuring a values-aligned experience.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve sourcing and screening.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines through networking and proactive outreach.
• Support job postings, onboarding coordination and market research on compensation.
• Partner with HR on engagement, development and retention initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding admin, policy updates and internal communications.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and explore process automation opportunities.
• Represent Agility at events and in professional communities to attract talent.
• Contribute to broader People & Culture projects with a focus on learning and impact.
