You will use market insights and data to refine processes, support retention, and elevate an inclusive culture where people feel welcomed and set up for success. Travel to Crown offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with strong focus on full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Solid understanding of Canadian employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS; familiarity with ADP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, from intake to offer and hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate requirements into effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and agencies.
• Manage job postings and ensure job descriptions are current and aligned with business needs.
• Guide interview panels on techniques, criteria, and fair evaluation.
• Oversee pre-employment checks ensuring timely, compliant completion.
• Prepare competitive offer packages and support negotiation.
• Champion a positive, inclusive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
