Job summary

Crown-Property-Management in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, shaping talent strategy, and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will develop sourcing strategies, manage postings, support onboarding, monitor recruitment KPIs, and partner with internal teams to strengthen employer branding. Travel to Crown offices is expected.

Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources Management required.
• CHRP designation, or currently pursuing, considered an asset.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or related industry strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of Canadian employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
• Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is an asset.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, from intake and sourcing through to offer and hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and team dynamics, and translate these into effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels to proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Manage internal and external job postings and ensure job descriptions are current and aligned with business needs.
• Guide and support hiring managers and interview panels on interviewing techniques and fair evaluation of candidates.
• Oversee pre-employment checks including references, background, and credit checks, ensuring timely and compliant completion.
• Prepare and present competitive offer packages and support negotiation, ensuring internal equity and market alignment.
• Champion a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
• Communicate clearly with candidates including timely updates and professional closure for unsuccessful candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the HRIS.
• Support the implementation and optimization of HR modules related to recruitment and onboarding.
• Travel to Crown offices, buildings, and work sites as needed for recruitment-related activities.
