Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple client facing engagement teams.

  • Evaluate existing business processes and advise on policy changes.
  • Liaise with Canada Revenue Agency on client issues.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients while adding value.
  • Mentor and coach team members towards professional development.
