About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to oversee tax compliance, strategy, and client advisory while working in a dynamic and flexible work environment.

As a Tax Manager, you will oversee the preparation and review of complex business and individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws. You will provide leadership, mentor junior tax professionals, and develop strategies to optimize tax planning for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and review of tax returns for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and individuals.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
  • Oversee QuickBooks financial management and maintain accurate tax records.
  • Train and mentor junior tax professionals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering financial insights and tax strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
