Job summary

Connect Tech Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support full‑cycle hiring across manufacturing, engineering, technical and administrative teams. The role emphasizes organization, candidate experience, and timely communication in a fast‑paced environment.

You will coordinate postings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and maintain records while partnering with HR and hiring managers on priorities and timelines.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, electronics or technical roles is an asset.
• Familiarity with ATS, job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn) and MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail‑oriented and discreet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities from job posting through offer and onboarding.
• Prepare, post, and maintain job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Review applications and assist with resume screening against job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and follow‑ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records, statuses, and recruitment documentation.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process and provide timely updates.
• Assist with reference checks, employment docs, and offer preparation as required.
• Maintain recruitment reports, spreadsheets, and hiring metrics.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
