Job summary

Remote Robotic Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across engineering, technical, operations, and corporate functions in Mississauga, Ontario. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, craft job postings, source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, and prepare offers, while supporting onboarding and onboarding docs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in recruitment/talent acquisition, in-house or agency.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across functions.
• Hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring-manager partnership.
• Experience drafting candidate-facing postings and job descriptions.
• Strong data accuracy and ATS usage.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada; on-site in Mississauga.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles.
• Conduct intake meetings, clarify requirements, timelines, interview plans, and sourcing strategies.
• Draft clear, compliant job descriptions and postings.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campuses.
• Review applications, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication.
• Prepare offers; coordinate references and pre-employment docs.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Support recruitment reporting and process documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and HRIS records; support co-op programs.
• Attend recruitment events and use AI-enabled sourcing tools with human review.
