Titanium Transportation Group Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to source qualified talent across Canada and the United States, screen resumes, and coordinate recruitment processes.

This full-time role supports candidate outreach and helps build strong talent pipelines across multiple markets. The position requires coordination experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ATS platforms and job boards.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Ability to work with and manage confidential information.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and online job boards.
• Experience with candidate sourcing platforms and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates across Canada and the US using job boards, networks, databases and direct outreach.
• Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial outreach to assess qualifications and interest.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hiring needs across markets.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and support postings on sourcing platforms.
