Job summary

University of Toronto is seeking a Recruitment Process Coordinator to support the co-op and internship hiring workflow across TCP programs. You will coordinate postings, interviews, offers, and documentation within a shared system while ensuring timely employer outreach and effective partner communication.

Working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment, you will triage inquiries, maintain records, and help drive smooth experiences for employers and the university’s co-op ecosystem

Qualifications

• Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in a client-facing customer service role in an administrative setting.
• Experience with database management and reporting; Excel advanced skills required.
• Strong customer service focus and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information on processes, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with contacts to ensure consistent administration procedures are followed.
• Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance.
• Act as the first point of contact for program-related enquiries.
• Create and update job postings in the database.
• Coordinate interview schedules.
• Update and maintain records.
• Stay informed on University programs, policies and procedures.
