STATUS: FULL-TIME
WAGE RATE: $25.900 - $27.915

Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Registration and Switchboard, the Switchboard Operator is responsible for answering and directing incoming telephone calls to Brightshores hospitals. Duties include but are not limited to: all paging services (overhead and Spok Messenger); parking lot entry and exit gates; visitor information. This position also responds to contingency codes and alarms, monitors alarms, and performs various clerical duties as assigned. This position is required to work all shifts 24/7.
