The Sales Representative will drive surgical devices sales in the GTA West region, growing relationships with surgeons, dentists, laboratories and office staff while educating customers on signature products. You will travel up to 95% by car, plan local programs, and collaborate with Marketing and Education to support product launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience with a track record of overachievement.
• B2B sales experience in health science preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed corporate sales goals by developing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Educate customers on implant, restorative, digital and regenerative portfolios.
• Prepare territory business plans and coordinate local programs/events to drive sales.
• Collaborate with Solutions Team to create differentiated value and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend customer events and manage sales activities using Salesforce CRM.
