A local municipal government is seeking a Supervisor for Operations Administration & Locates to oversee teams involved in administrative and procurement processes in Mississauga. This role includes developing new processes to enhance efficiency, mentoring team members, and liaising with senior leadership. Reporting to the Manager, Operational Planning & Analysis, this position will oversee the administrative, procurement and locates teams. They will be dedicated to coordinating, processing and reviewing all their tasks performed to ensure effectiveness and efficiency while looking at opportunities for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will leverage their technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to lead this team while liaising with various levels of staff, including senior leadership, to ensure efficient and effective processes and service
