Job description

Task

The resource must perform the following tasks under this Task Authorization:

• AltA/C2AF Techniques and Practices.
• Provide recommendations on how to use AltA/C2AF techniques and practices at the strategic, operational, or tactical level;
• Provide recommendations and expertise on AltA/C2AF techniques and practices being used by coalition and allied partners;
• Provide support for the development and conduct of AltA/C2Af facilitations;
• Provide briefings to visitors and senior staff on the capabilities and limitations of AltA/C2AF techniques and practices, as well as to make comparisons with other systems;
• Identify tools and opportunities to incorporate AltA/C2AF techniques and practices in support of experimentation design; and
• Provide subject matter input to scenario and training exercise design.
• AltA/C2AF Training.
• Identify AltA/C2AF courses and workshops conducted within Canda or in coalition or allied nations that will enhance CJWC overall knowledge of new or developing techniques and/or practices; and
• Develop training packages and instruct both civilian and military members of DND/CAF on AltA/C2 techniques and practices;
• Other Required Tasks.
• Provide a monthly activity report that summarizes all activities undertaken and deliverables for the month to be delivered to the Team Lead and Branch Head

Mandatory

• MC-1: The proposed resource must hold a valid SECRET security clearance at the time of bid closing
• MC-2: The proposed resource must have experience in alternative analysis and/or C2AF

Rated

• R-1: Demonstrated experience in developing doctrine, SOPs, or TTPs for military or defence organizations.
• R-2: Experience working with NATO or allied defence organizations in an operational planning capacity.
