Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Style Advisor for the Vaughan Mills luxury menswear environment. The role focuses on personalized service, holistic selling, appointment preparation, and assisting clients with alterations and loyalty benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in menswear, excellent customer service skills, and comfort using technology to enhance the shopping experience. This is a client-facing, team-based role in a premium retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury menswear environment.
• Experience across departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure is preferred.
• Proven ability to inspire repeat business through exceptional customer service both in-store and online.
• Willingness to participate in training initiatives and apply new skills on the job.
• Demonstrated interest in technology and its application to retail customer service, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
