Job summary

APPLY is seeking a Talent Lead to own our global recruitment function, setting direction and partnering with business leaders on hiring strategy while hands-on managing requisitions. You will lead across regions, collaborating with the CEO and CPO to shape a scalable talent strategy and pipelines, embedding AI into day-to-day recruiting.

This is a 1-year contract opportunity based in Canada, with hybrid/remote flexibility and alignment to ET/PT hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in technology consulting or related field preferred.
• Proven success in executive search and high-volume hiring.
• Experience leading distributed teams and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across all levels and regions, contributing as an active team member.
• Oversee global talent operations and align hiring priorities with regional leaders.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain robust pipelines across disciplines.
• Lead and mentor a recruiting team toward operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the CPO and CEO on talent strategy and executive hiring.
• Champion employer branding, candidate engagement, and diversity initiatives.
• Track time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire with data-driven insights.
• Embed AI tools into recruiting processes to improve efficiency.
