You will source, screen, and engage top technical candidates across industries, using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach, while collaborating with internal consultants to meet client hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience as a recruiter in an Agency environment.
• Strong headhunting and networking background, leveraging direct outreach and referrals as core recruitment tools.
• Proactive and resourceful in sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Identify and assess candidates for roles within various industries.
• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate competencies and alignment with client needs.
• Develop talent pipelines of passive candidates within targeted markets.
• Partner closely with internal consultants to understand client hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Creating and posting job ads for Indeed.
