Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Service Manager in Toronto, ON to lead the service business, including sales and operations, ensuring growth, margin targets and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will oversee contracts, pricing, invoicing and coordinating with Sales to pursue new service opportunities while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, College Diploma or equivalent related field experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, HVAC, IT or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the service business, including sales and operations to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Lead and mentor the service team, coordinating with Sales to identify and close service opportunities.
• Manage contracts, pricing, invoicing, collections and KPI reporting to ensure profitability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution and service quality.
