Convergint is seeking a Sales Director to lead the GTA and surrounding regions in Toronto, ON. You will oversee Account Executives, shape regional sales strategy, and drive growth while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes team development, performance management, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. You will guide proposal development, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives, delivering results in a fast-paced, service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales.
• 2 to 3 years in sales team management or equivalent leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, or equivalent experience.
• Sales or leadership training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Account Executives.
• Develop a regional business plan and sales strategy to hit growth targets.
• Create and manage opportunity-generation plans to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Penetrate new markets, develop opportunities, and improve customer approaches.
• Prepare and present proposals and RFPs with competitive pricing while maintaining margins.
• Forecast, track, and manage regional sales budgets and activities.
