Job summary

Convergint Technologies in Toronto, ON seeks a Service Manager responsible for overall leadership of the CTC service business, aligning sales and operations to grow revenue and margins. You will oversee service contracts, CSP opportunities, pricing and collections while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in related fields, and strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, College Diploma or equivalent related field experience.
• Minimum five years previous relevant experience.
• Experience in electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, HVAC, IT or AV preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead service sales and operations leadership for the CTC service business.
• Co-manage Service Account Executive to develop new service business.
• Oversee contracting, margins, pricing, invoicing and collections for service contracts.
• Coordinate with Sales on service opportunities, proposals, RFPs, and renewals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely renewal of contracts; manage KPI reporting.
