EY Canada is seeking a senior leader to drive growth in the Managed Services portfolio as Associate Director, Growth & Strategic Pursuits. You will lead strategic pursuits, support opportunity conversion, and identify revenue opportunities within existing client relationships, collaborating with Service Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams across sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
Approximately 10+ years of progressive experience in managed services or related disciplines.
Proven experience leading complex pursuits and driving revenue growth.
Strong stakeholder management across service lines and functions.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Lead and support strategic Managed Services pursuits and business development opportunities.
Drive the pursuit lifecycle from qualification to contract execution.
Partner with account teams to identify, shape, and advance Managed Services opportunities.
Review and oversee active pursuits to improve win rates and delivery readiness.
Coach Service Delivery Managers to identify and close upsell opportunities.
Develop and execute managed services growth strategies and account expansion plans.
Monitor pursuit activity, pipeline performance, and growth metrics.
