Resolver Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, Consulting to lead the Professional Services S&I Division, guiding performance, scalability, and strategic direction. The role reports to senior stakeholders and shapes how services are delivered across the portfolio.

You will manage people leaders and senior ICs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive customer success, margin, and growth through effective governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Consulting or Professional Services.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading large delivery portfolios and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale leadership capability across the division.
• Develop people leaders and senior ICs and build succession readiness.
• Set performance expectations, OKRs, and accountability.
• Oversee talent development, performance management, and career progression.
• Drive portfolio performance, delivery standards, and customer outcomes.
• Shape and operationalize divisional strategy and growth initiatives.
• Align with Sales, Product, CX to drive business outcomes.
