Job summary

OnX in Ottawa, ON, Canada is seeking a Sr. Lead Specialist-Sales Support to partner with the Account Executive and territory teams across end-to-end sales, from inquiry to closure.

You will prepare quotes, process orders, maintain pricing, and coordinate with operations, finance, and legal, while keeping CRM data accurate.

This role emphasizes customer-centric service, strong English communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in IT sales support with vendors and distributors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Located in the Greater Toronto Area or willing to travel within GTA.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executive and existing territory across the sales lifecycle.
• Prepare accurate quotes and process orders; maintain pricing and approvals.
• Update CRM systems to ensure data integrity and visibility.
• Assist with renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and customer onboarding.
