Proax Technologies Ltd. in Calgary, AB, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle quotations, orders and customer inquiries by phone, fax or email, supporting both customers and the Outside Sales team.

You will manage accounts, coordinate with warehouses and vendors, and participate in inventory and shipping processes while delivering quality service. Candidates typically have 1–3 years in inside sales, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; this is an on-site role with

• 1–3 years of Inside Sales experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• 100% on-site work requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls and assess needs to promote automation solutions.
• Support Outside Sales staff.
• Inventory management; basic shipping/receiving.
• Manage customer accounts; enter contracts in OS.
• Quotations and follow-up for products offered.
• Continuous product training and knowledge update.
• Expedite orders and follow up with customers.
• Liaise with credit department on customer credit status.
• Understand customer segmentation and market trends.
• Coordinate between customers, outside sales, technicians and manufacturers' reps.
• Receive, unpack and inspect shipments; address shortages or damages.
• Ensure timely shipments and participate in regular inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
