Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, drive adoption and retention, and act as a trusted advisor across industries.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, onboard new accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate internal resources in a fully remote, collaborative environment. A results-driven, highly organized professional with CRM experience and SaaS knowledge will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or account management roles.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong SaaS product knowledge and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven in a remote setting.
• Experience using CRM and Customer Success platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and business needs.
• Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention through strategic engagement and support.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and usage patterns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalating issues and coordinating internal resources for resolution.
