Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service focusing on warehousing procedures, shipping/receiving, and counter support for customer transactions.
• Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement emphasizing problem solving and relationship building with customers and vendors to provide world class service.
• Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales focusing on business development and expanding the customer base.
• Phase 4: Leadership and Operations developing leadership competencies and coaching/mentoring the team.
