Job summary

EMCO Corporation is seeking new graduates for the Management Development Program in Canada. This full-time salaried trainee role offers four training phases over 3.5–4 years, with hands-on exposure to warehouse, customer service, procurement, and leadership.

You will build a sales territory, mentor with leaders, and advance toward a management career across Canada. The program emphasizes customer service excellence, product knowledge, leadership development, and collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma – all disciplines of study will be considered
• Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
• Desire to continuously learn and grow
• Excellent leadership, customer service and organizational skills
• Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Strong interest in sales
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Progress through a 4-phase program to learn every aspect of how our business operates – from shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management to employee development and more
• Grow a sales territory of your own and provide world class customer service
• Gain product knowledge and learn logistics, pricing controls, and credit management
• Develop account management and proactive sales skills to expand the customer base
• Lead a team and contribute to strategic vision as you complete the program
