EMCO Corporation in Canada invites you to join the Strategic Development Program as a full-time trainee. You will build product knowledge and sales skills through counter service, shipping/receiving and product replenishment.

As you master daily operations, you will expand into purchasing, pricing and accounts payable/receivable under guidance and KPI tracking across local teams. We offer mentorship, a pension plan, profit sharing and a supportive team culture focused on growth and customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• College or University degree completed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in purchasing, pricing, and accounts payable/receivable.

Responsabilités

• Heavy counter service interacting with customers and phone orders
• Shipping/receiving of product
• In-store product replenishment
• Develop product knowledge to support sales
