Job summary

EMCO Corporation is seeking a Strategic Development Program Trainee in Mississauga to rotate through warehousing, customer service, procurement, and account management. The program spans four phases, building broad business acumen and leadership capabilities across shipping, sales, and operations.

You will gain hands-on experience, develop world-class customer service skills, and participate in leadership training designed to prepare you for advanced roles within our Canadian network.

Qualifications

• College and/or University degree required.
• Positive attitude and results oriented mindset.
• Desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Progress through a 4-phased program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, and account management.
• Additional duties will include phased program activities and customer-focused tasks.
