Job summary

EMCO Corporation is seeking a Strategic Development Program Trainee to join our national wholesale team in Canada. The 5-phase program exposes you to shipping, sales, operations, purchasing and account management, with hands-on learning and mentorship.

Phase 1 covers warehouse logistics, Phase 2 operations, Phase 4 outside sales, and Phase 5 guides you toward your preferred career path. You will build strong customer and vendor relationships while developing essential business skills.

Responsibilities

• Progress through a 5-phase program covering shipping, sales, operations, purchasing, and account management.
• Assist in warehouse logistics, order management, pricing controls, and credit management.
• Develop new business opportunities through outside sales and account management.
• Apply training to determine an optimal career path after Phase 5.
