Job summary

EMCO Corporation, a leading national wholesale distributor in Canada, seeks a Strategic Development Program Trainee to grow across shipping, sales, operations, purchasing and account management.

The five-phase program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance into outside sales and account management, with a salary range of $40,000–$45,000 and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• College or university degree.
• Positive attitude with results-oriented mindset.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.
• Strong communication with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Progress through a 5-phase program to learn shipping, sales, operations and more.
• Support phase-specific duties in warehouse logistics and customer service.
• Develop outside sales/account management skills including opportunity finding.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver customer service excellence.
