Job summary

Loblaw is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Business Development to shape and drive enterprise-wide strategic priorities. You will partner with senior leaders across retail, pharmacy, healthcare, and other businesses to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and measurable results.

The role reports to the SVP, Strategy & Business Development and offers visibility to C‑Suite leadership, with responsibility for guiding a small strategy team and delivering impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or equivalent leadership.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to assess opportunities and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise-wide strategy and drive high-impact initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to frame questions and translate priorities into execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations and presentations for Boards and senior management.
