Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Strategy and Business Development or Corporate Strategy/Development.
• Strong financial/business acumen applied to core businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and time‑manage to deliver across priorities.
• Creative problem‑solving skills for complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across varying levels in complex organizations.
• Excellent communication to distill key messages for senior audiences (C‑suite/Boards).
• Willingness to learn and be flexible, self‑directed, and organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and evaluation of compelling strategic plans and high‑priority projects for operating businesses—analysis, research, financial and operational modeling, and presentations.
• Act as internal consultant and advisor for various operating businesses and initiatives.
• Communicate analyses and project findings succinctly to senior business professionals.
• Interact with internal business managers and partners across the group to build relationships.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to execute project plans and drive projects to completion, managing stakeholder communications and timelines.
