Loblaw Digital in Downtown Toronto is seeking a Director, Strategy & Operations to lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurement.

You will conduct research, prepare executive narratives, and collaborate with enterprise leaders to improve governance, operating rhythms, and cross-functional ways of working, ensuring alignment across Loblaw Digital and enterprise partners.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of relevant experience with progressively greater responsibility.
• Experience taking ambiguous questions through analysis, recommendations, implementation, and measurable outcomes.

The Director, Strategy & Operations reports to the Senior Director, Strategy and Operations, and partners with business and functional leaders to develop strategic plans and measure outcomes.
