Loblaw Digital is seeking a Director-level engineering leader to drive technical vision and scale our digital products in Toronto. You will mentor senior engineers and guides teams across cloud-native microservices, emphasizing architecture, reliability, and fast delivery.

You’ll partner with product leadership and executives to balance technical excellence with business needs, while growing a high-performance, cross-functional development organization and managing offshore/onshore partners.

Competenze

• Experience leading a director-level team in a fast-moving ecommerce or digital environment.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices in cloud-based architectures.
• Proven ability to communicate technical strategy to executives and stakeholders.
• Strong track record of building high-performing development teams and mentoring leaders.
