Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited in Canada seeks a Senior Director, Sourcing Analytics to lead an analytics function that strengthens commercial decision-making and value creation across the Sourcing organization. Reporting to the SVP, Enterprise Sourcing, you will own Category Analytics, Sourcing data, and AI capability roadmap, building data foundations and scalable tools that support category teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sourcing, procurement, or analytics with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders on commercial decisions.
• Ownership of enterprise data, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Experience delivering analytics or AI transformation roadmaps.
• Excellent commercial judgment and executive communication.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Category Analytics across Fresh and CoS/HABA.
• Oversee complex RFP design, bid evaluation, and negotiation analytics.
• Define data quality, governance and enterprise reporting.
• Evolve reporting to forward-looking insights and predictive analytics.
• Partner with Digital, Technology and Strategy teams to deploy AI capabilities.
• Translate analyses into executive narratives and recommendations.
