Job summary

Insight Public Sector is seeking a Client Solutions Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients across Canada. You will identify opportunities, align IT/OT solutions with business priorities, and collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create measurable client value.

You will use data and AI-enabled insights to deepen relationships and drive profitable growth, while coordinating with partner teams to deliver winning solutions and maintain strong pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology solution sales or account management.
• Proven ability to grow existing client relationships and expand into new areas.
• Ability to translate client challenges into technology solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and insights.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term client relationships with decision-makers across customer organizations.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Identify opportunities beyond established purchasing patterns and expand into new areas.
• Leverage AI tools to improve preparation, insights, and client conversations.
• Connect client priorities to Insight solutions across cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and more.
• Collaborate with architects, services, delivery, partner teams and sales peers.
• Maintain disciplined account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Demonstrate Insight values through customer focus, accountability, and teamwork.
