Job summary

Merz North America, Inc. is seeking a proactive Aesthetics Sales Specialist in the Burlington area to develop territory plans, train practices on Ultherapy, and drive growth across consumables and skincare portfolios.

You will lead staff training, conduct promotional activities, and ensure strict compliance with company protocols while collaborating with the Aesthetics team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing key accounts and understanding customer business needs.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a business-to-business environment with a track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Develop a working territory business plan including account segmentation, forecasting, and sales execution.
• Provide clinical training related to new customer start-up and Ultherapy to improve outcomes.
• Train practice staff to sell the Ultherapy procedure through role-playing and practical coaching.
• Conduct marketing installation on Ultherapy by training practice personnel on tools and resources.
• Provide patient consultation coaching.
• Manage Ultherapy consumables portfolio and related capital sales & skincare portfolios.
• Assist practices in planning promotional programs and provide hands-on execution support.
• Support promotional events at practices.
• Develop an individual account business plan to drive procedure growth and pull-through.
• Deliver organized and effective sales messages and presentations.
• Demonstrate product and competitive knowledge to support sales strategies.
• Ensure full compliance of all business hygiene activities including expense reporting, CRM entries, training, sample reporting, and follow-up with compliance protocols.
• Collaborate with the Aesthetics team to drive portfolio sales and growth.
