Job summary

Galderma in Toronto seeks a Key Account Manager to promote and grow the portfolio of Aesthetic products. You will manage national and regional franchise accounts, develop business plans, and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Travel approximately 30% and advance key accounts through strategic partnerships. The role requires a university degree, at least 3 years in Aesthetic sales, and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business or Science preferred.
• 3+ years of Key Account experience in Aesthetic sales.
• Transactional or direct selling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Plans of Action to increase sales, account development, penetration, and market share.
• Own and strengthen relationships with existing customers and cultivate new ones.
• Apply understanding of customer business models and Aesthetics to drive opportunities.
