Job summary

Hugel Aesthetics is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our Canadian sales team. This field-based role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and nurturing long-term relationships within Ontario’s healthcare and aesthetic clinics.

You will lead strategic territory plans, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Trainers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while staying compliant with Health Canada

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare or aesthetics training is a plus.
• 2–5 years of B2B medical sales in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery.
• Experience with chain/buying group accounts or CSO channels is desirable.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering client satisfaction.
• Ability to travel across Ontario (Mississauga, London, Niagara).

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales targets across Hugel’s aesthetic injectables portfolio.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan with KPIs.
• Manage the sales cycle including upselling and product adoption.
• Analyze market data to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with key accounts, physicians, clinics, and KOLs.
• Negotiate contracts and maximize customer value.
• Report territory activities and expenses.
