Responsibilities

• Build a strong sales pipeline with lead generation and prospecting.

• Sell aesthetic devices and systems to physician practices, medspas, and clinics; manage a consultative sales cycle.
• Develop relationships with physicians, practice owners, and staff to drive repeat business.
• Partner with clinical team to train and onboard new customers on device use.
• Maintain active pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM; report territory performance against quota.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and support teams for a seamless customer experience.

Our client is growing across Canada with an exciting new portfolio of aesthetic technologies and devices for physicians, medspas, and aesthetic practices. They provide sales, clinical education, marketing support, and a curated ecosystem that helps practices grow profitable, cash-based service lines.

We are recruiting for a Territory Manager based in Calgary who is a driven and tenacious SALES HUNTER. As TM for Alberta, you are the face of the company selling to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, medspas, and aesthetic practices across the province. Your focus is on opening doors and identifying new business opportunities working in a “team-selling model” alongside a senior sales manager who manages the full capital equipment sales cycle to close. This is a quota-carrying field sales role ideal for someone who thrives on cold calling and prospecting to establish new client relationships and is passionate about introducing innovative technologies to medical clinics.

• Build a strong sales pipeline with a focus on lead generation and prospecting
• Identify new prospects daily through cold outreach and referral channels, networking and representing the company at industry trade shows and events
• Sell aesthetic devices and technology systems to physician practices, medspas, and clinics and manage a consultative, often highly competitive, sales cycle
• Develop strong relationships with physicians, practice owners, and office staff to drive repeat business and referrals
• Partner with the clinical team to ensure new customers are properly trained and onboarded on device use and protocols
• Manage an active sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in the CRM; report on territory performance against quota
• Work closely with marketing, clinical education, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Candidates must possess a proven track record of top performance in sales hunting and new business development within medical device or B2B capital equipment (2+ years) and a demonstrated ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with six-figure deals. Compensation incudes a base salary, uncapped commissions, car package and travel benefits, with a company health plan.
