Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Talent and Business Operations Manager, Stores to oversee People and Operations at a single Sephora location. You will assist with staffing, scheduling, onboarding of new advisors, training, and ensure execution of Sephora standards in-store.

You will conduct final interviews for key roles, manage store training with Education partners, write performance reviews, lead store operations including inventory and cycle counts, and monitor payroll and controllable expenses

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Excellent verbal/written communication; ability to influence partners.
• Proven ability to build teams and train store leaders to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final interviews for key positions and source/hire candidates.
• Lead store training programs with Education partners.
• Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Lead store operations including inventory, shipping, receiving, cycle counts.
• Analyze sales performance and manage staffing and payroll costs.
