Job summary

Sephora Canada, Oakville Place, is seeking a Store Operations and Talent Manager to lead staffing, scheduling, training, and the execution of Sephora's standards in-store.

The role oversees recruiting, onboarding of Beauty Advisors, store scheduling, payroll alignment, and performance reviews while collaborating with Store Director and Education partners. On-site position with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service
• Experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership
• Ability to build high-performing teams and identify in-store talent for development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence partners at all levels

Responsibilities

• Talent Champion: conduct final interviews and source, select, and hire candidates
• Training & Development: manage store training and execute ongoing strategy
• Scheduling & Payroll: oversee weekly schedules and payroll to ensure timely payments
• Performance Assessment & Development: conduct annual reviews and manage performance processes
• Operational Excellence: manage store operations, inventory, and compliance
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: demonstrate understanding of sales, staffing, and controllable expenses
