Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Store Operations and Talent Manager in Brampton. You will lead the store’s people and operational functions, oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding of Beauty Advisors, and ensure execution of Sephora’s standards.

You’ll report to the Store Director and collaborate with Experience and Services Managers, managing a team including Department Leads and Beauty Advisors. You will drive talent interviews, training strategies, payroll accuracy, and performance development,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail or customer service.
• Experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across store positions, including leadership.
• Proven ability to build high‑performing teams and manage tough conversations.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Talent Champion: conduct final interviews for key positions and source candidates.
• Training & Development: develop and execute the store's ongoing training strategy.
• Scheduling & Payroll: oversee weekly schedules and payroll processes.
• Performance Assessment & Development: write annual reviews and manage performance conversations.
• Operational Excellence: oversee store operations, inventory and expense controls.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: act as the store’s expert on sales, staffing and costs.
