Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Operations Manager, Stores, to oversee all operations for a Toronto-area Sephora location. You will lead the operations team, manage inventory, and ensure merchandising and budget controls meet company standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Excellent verbal and written communications with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to form teams and develop store leaders to drive sales and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure processes align with company standards.
• Manage store inventory including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Oversee visual merchandising and maintain on-stage visuals per guidelines.
• Control supplies, testers, and samples within budget.
• Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
• Act as Manager on Duty; engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the floor.
• Develop budget strategies by understanding sales, staffing, and controllable expenses.
