Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Store Operations and Talent Manager in Oakville. You will lead staffing, scheduling, training, and payroll while ensuring Sephora’s operational standards and exceptional customer experience are met.

You will manage a team of Beauty Advisors and Department Leads, reporting to the Store Director. The role requires 2–4 years of management in beauty or retail, proven recruitment ability, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service environments.
• Proven ability to recruit, staff and hire across all store positions, including leadership roles.
• Track record of building high-performing teams and identifying talent for career development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Windows, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final interviews for key positions and source candidates via ATS.
• Oversee training and onboarding programs in collaboration with Store Director and Education partners.
• Manage weekly schedules and payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate pay.
• Lead annual performance reviews and address development needs across the team.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and adherence to Sephora’s standards.
