Job summary

Sephora Canada in Regina is seeking a Talent and Business Operations Manager, Stores to lead people and store operations at the SK-SmartCentres Regina E (1594). You will drive staffing, training, onboarding, scheduling and ensure Sephora standards are met.

Key responsibilities include final interviews for key roles, managing training strategy with Education partners, conducting performance reviews, and optimizing store performance and expenses while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Talent Champion. Conduct final interviews for all key positions and source, select and hire candidates.
• Training & Development. Manage all training-related functions within the store and execute the stores on-going training strategy.
• Performance Assessment & Development. Deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee the process for the entire store.
• Operational Excellence. Lead store operations, inventory management, shipping/receiving, cycle counting and adherence to company guidelines.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit. Understand store sales performance, staffing and payroll, and controllable expenses.
