Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Store Operations and Talent Manager in Belleville to lead the store's people and operational functions. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, payroll, and execution of Sephora's standards, reporting to the Store Director.

You will build high-performing teams, drive talent development, manage performance reviews, and ensure store performance aligns with company goals. Evening/weekend availability and physical stamina are required for a busy retail

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management in beauty, retail, or customer service
• Experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across store positions
• Ability to create high-performing teams and develop talent
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence business partners at all levels
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Talent Champion: conduct final interviews for key positions and source/hire candidates
• Training & Development: manage training functions and execute the store's training strategy
• Scheduling & Payroll: oversee weekly schedules and payroll to ensure timely, accurate payments
• Performance Assessment & Development: write annual reviews and manage performance processes
• Operational Excellence: oversee store operations, inventory, and compliance with standards
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: monitor sales performance, staffing, and controllable expenses
