Job summary

Sephora Canada in Belleville is seeking a Store Operations and Talent Manager to lead the store’s people and operations. You will oversee staffing, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and ensure Sephora’s standards are met, reporting to the Store Director and collaborating with the Client Experience and Beauty Services Managers.

You’ll build a high-performing team, conduct interviews for key roles, oversee training programs, and manage performance reviews while maintaining composure under pressure

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service.
• Experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across store positions including leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to influence partners at all levels.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and onboarding of Beauty Advisors and store teams.
• Manage scheduling and payroll in line with company guidelines.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure operational standards and inventory controls are maintained.
• Lead talent development and form high-performing teams.
