Job summary

Mark's Work Wearhouse Ltd. is seeking a store leader to drive customer service, team coaching and timely order delivery for the B2B commercial function. You will oversee in-store eCommerce fulfillment and ensure operational compliance and inventory movement to the sales floor.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of retail leadership, strong communication and the energy to motivate teams while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Coaching and developing department and store teams.
• Building and managing a daily/weekly plan for the department and store.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• 3-5 years retail experience required.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team; coach and follow up to ensure service model standards.
• Lead B2B Mark’s Commercial Business function including order entry and delivery.
• Offer omni-channel in-store eCommerce and fulfill online orders within service levels.
• Support inventory movement to salesfloor and ensure timely processing.
