Job summary

Mark’s Canada is seeking a store leader to coach and develop the team, ensuring the service model standards are delivered to every customer. You will lead the B2B Mark’s Commercial Business function including order entry and management to ensure accurate and timely ordering and delivery.

You’ll drive an exceptional omni-channel experience with in-store eCommerce and fulfillment, while ensuring inventory movement to the sales floor and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail experience required.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and coach to ensure service standards are delivered to every customer.
• Head the Mark’s Commercial Business function including order entry and management.
• Provide an omni-channel experience with in-store and eCommerce fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory movement to the sales floor and timely processing.
• Manage scheduling, shipping/receiving, cash handling and compliance.
• Assist in inventories and uphold LP, audit, and OH&S policies.
